Areas of interest: Modern Art history from a social art history perspective.

Lucy Edelen graduated from St. John's College, Santa Fe where she studied the history of Western thought through the humanities, mathematics, science and language. Her thesis explored the aesthetic philosophy of Immanuel Kant through the a critique of Yves Klein's 1958 painting "IKB74". Her academic focus is studying the intersection between philosophy and fine arts.
