Areas of interest: South Asian art and architecture.

I am currently writing a dissertation on the architecture and landscape of a medieval town in central India, spanning the 11th-15th centuries. Other ongoing projects concern medieval sculpture, architectural spaces of performance, talismanic objects and early-modern visual ethnography.
